Pella Corporation is looking for a talented 3rd shift Production Supervisor for our Sioux Center, IA operations.
This Production Supervisor is a servant leader who coordinates all manufacturing activities in assigned department(s) to produce high quality parts and assembly for all Pella Window and Door products while satisfying the customer at the lowest possible cost.
Production Supervisor job duties include:
• Supervising 30-35 employees on a regular basis • Carrying out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with policies and applicable laws
• Interviewing, hiring, training, and certifying employees while planning, assigning, and directing their work daily
• Evaluating team and individual performance, providing development, and resolving issues as needed
Production Supervisor education and job requirements include:
• Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university or equivalent management experience
• An ability to work well both independently and on a team
