Primghar, Iowa, April 21, 2016 –Dan Van Regenmorter, owner of Hydraulic Solutions, LLC, has begun an expansion project that includes a new 75 foot by 90 foot energy efficient building that is being constructed at their current location at 4966 300th Street, Sheldon. This new building will enable Dan to work inside on larger projects and also reach his goal of hiring two full time employees and one part time employee. Hydraulic Solutions, LLC began in 2012 as a part time business. By early 2013, the business had grown into a full time enterprise for Mr. Van Regenmorter. The business has continued to grow these past three years and Dan has identified the need for a larger facility to accommodate this growth. O’Brien County Economic Development Corporation (OCEDC) is excited to be a partner in this business expansion through an O’Brien County RLF/RBDG Loan.
O’Brien County Economic Development, in conjunction with the O’Brien County Revolving Loan Fund Committee, has approved financing for this business expansion. The O’Brien County Revolving Loan Funds are used to attract, retain or expand Business and Industry. The RBGD Loan Fund was created with funds from the Rural Business Development Grant that was awarded to
O’Brien County Economic Development Corporation in 2015.
O’Brien County Economic Development Executive Director, Kiana Johnson, said, “OCEDC and the Revolving Loan Fund committee are pleased to be able to assist in this business expansion.
