This position will be responsible for overseeing plant locations while maintaining a fully staffed department with qualified personnel and provides leadership and training to assure the safe and efficient operation of all equipment.
Desired Qualifications:
Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED. Minimum of five years of ready mix concrete industry experience. Experience with Command is a plus.
Excellent communication skills and outstanding problem solving skills required along with attention to details.
