Hardworking and Educated

Good People

Ready, willing and more than able. An essential factor in doing business is the quality of your workforce. In our region, you’ll find a population highly motivated, hard-working and dedicated, which leads to exceptional employee retention. This strong work ethic stems from our strong agricultural roots. And because education is our priority, our schools are of the highest quality with extremely dedicated teachers.

A recent study shows that our Region draws its labor from about 100,000 potential workers living in the Region and its surrounding counties.
