Coordination and administration of all workforce training programs within
Workforce and Economic Development department. The position will also
plan, organize, direct, administer, promote, and evaluate various non-credit
continuing education programs in the Trade and Industry areas.
Required – Bachelor’s degree in training and development, education, business, or related trade or industrial field. Three years of relevant work experience in training/education or related industry. Basic computer skills.
Preferred – Master’s degree in closely related field. Proven record of effectively implementing workforce training or curriculum development programs. Past experience in developing and delivering technical training. Bilingual in English and Spanish languages.

1. Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
2. Ability to work in a team environment.
3. Basic computer skills.
