Systems Integration Specialist

Full time position. Troubleshoot and support various college software, training staff to use technology as needed, assisting faculty with classroom technology, and maintaining content within various applications used by Northwest Iowa Community College (NCC), including CRM, website, intranet portal, Canvas LMS, and mobile apps. Assist with IT helpdesk support, which includes troubleshooting and repairing computer systems, hardware, and computer peripherals.

Desired Qualifications:

Required – Associate Degree or equivalent experience and basic computer skills.
Preferred – Associate Degree in education, technology or related field, or equivalent experience; three plus (3+) years of experience; and bilingual in English and Spanish languages.
